What is the Phoenix Undergraduate Training Programme (PUTP)?

Each year Phoenix UK Ltd takes a number of exceptional undergraduates to participate in a 15-week long training programme known as PUTP. The programme provides the participants with the experience of working for a company which specialises in business turnaround, i.e. fixing broken companies. PUTP is fully integrated into the University of Portsmouth's Enterprise in Context unit, semester two, accessed by BSc (Hons) Enterprise in Computer Games Technology students.
